•7 Argyle: The former home of Gateway Soap is now little more than a scrap yard on Waterfront Drive and Argyle Street. CentreVenture just bought the parcel and wants to turn it into a community park and athletic facility for Argyle School, located just behind it. It could include outdoor classrooms, a skating oval and some artistic element from the nearby Graffiti Gallery. The site will likely be cleaned up by the summer, with a plan in place before the end of year.
